The goal is not to make every project look like KRD Websmith. The goal is to make each interface feel native to the business it represents.
01 / Context
Barbering businesses in this category typically run a template site or a social profile. There was no prior KRD build to redesign, so this starts from the category itself: what a customer actually needs to see before they commit.

The category is crowded with the same dark masculine aesthetic and interchangeable layouts.

Hand-written semantic HTML and CSS with a small amount of JavaScript. A single type and spacing system, real photography, and no framework overhead — so the page stays fast and the layout holds at every width.

The phone layout is designed, not stacked. Type scales down deliberately, touch targets stay large, metadata compresses, and the primary action stays reachable without hunting.
